Four clear steps.
- Sign in to the SailLogOne dashboard.
- Open “Profile & settings”.
- Export your data as JSON first if required.
- Select “Delete account permanently” and confirm.
This will be permanently deleted
User account, trips, log entries, track points, crew data and photos stored on the SailLogOne server.
Records required by law
Billing and business records may remain stored for statutory retention periods. They are no longer used for normal SailLogOne operation.
